when all of the stars disappeared from my sky is a collection of poetry about heartbreak and loss; the ones that move us, the ones that shake our souls. It’s about the experiences that force us to reckon with ourselves, and hold a mirror up to our lives and decide: Who will I be on the other side of this grief? How will I let this experience change me? What is my pain trying to teach me? Ultimately, it is the choices we make in the midst of these life changing experiences that determine who we will become.
